Maybe even consider flipping it around, despite the postcount. English isn't my native language, but isn't post-transformation the proper spelling?

I'd say keep it's current alias, instead of reversing. We use _ for spaces, so _'s common enough to change certain hyphened words. That, and it sounds a bit more professional.

I think it's supposed to be Post-Transformation.
Example:
Post-Apocalyptic
Post-War
Post is a prefix meaning "after"

As Scakk said: Either use hyphen or no hyphen, if you want a space use "after".
