I suppose they mean same thing. The name bushes is too similar to bush. I won't judge bush's usage.
Maybe add

...wait, seriously?
Some users have even tagged it by that definition, but as expected, it's mostly tagged for actual shrubbery. I'm not sure if it needs to be disambiguated. Cleaning out the few pubic hair posts and then aliasing it would probably suffice.

That would be a quite large project. I won't do it because I have crappy internet speed.
I sometimes think it would be easier to retag after the alias or implication is made. And that way I could rewrite wiki asap.
