I can't find certain Sunibee pics anywhere, scpecificly the any gumball Watterson pics. Were they taken down?

Why wasn't post #884016 deleted among them? That's from their furaffinity, and was submitted before the takedown request.

I would assume they only removed images related to Gumball as those are also images artist removed from their galleries on other sites as well. If you check any of those posts sources, they have all been removed from there as well.

This kind of takedowns actually make sense to me, removing images that you have already removed from other sites.

But why though? Did some copyright troll go after him?

A lot of the stuff removed was sketches I think. He probably didn't like looking at his old sketch work and wanted to get rid of it on sites where he could. Besides, he still has a bunch of Gumball pics up.

The takedown actually said the Furaffinity account. That was it. To me that suggests they want everything that is on the furaffinity taken down, and anything not on their furaffinity to not get taken down.

I don't know what you mean by that, but if you are referring to the source field on the takedown, the source field's account is so the takedown-er can confirm that the person requesting it, is the artist. I'm going to assume that the takedown-er confirms by messaging the account. The artist can put special instructions like "remove all from my X account", but this doesn't look to be the case.

Yeah, Sunibee just linked the furaffinity as the source and left it as that, no special instructions. Either means all images should be removed, or just the ones there. I guess maybe NMNY contacted Sunibee on Furaffinity for confirmation on what to remove, but I would like to see the actual request's instructions.

They literally didn't leave any. Artists and admins have the ability to hide their instructions and reason, and it will show up as a hidden reason (in red text), so if there is no field, they left no reason. So, yea, we don't know the "actual" reason.

However, Suni did say "personal reasons" in the reason field, so a hypothetical: Suni made the ticket, used the source, and said nothing else but "personal reasons". Notme responded by messaging the account, where Suni explained why the takedown occurred, and why it was a personal reason. Notme takes down the images, and finishes the takedown request, and chose not to put any other information, because Suni doesn't want the information public.

Actually it was the other way around, Sunibee contacted me on how to go about filing a takedown properly. I gave them the instructions and directly told them that they don't have to write any reason for the public at all.

The takedown itself has been processed to Sunibee's specifications. They only wanted those images gone.

I will also honor their request to keep the reason private (because they did explain it to me in detail), but don't bother asking me about it.

Given that only the gumball images are gone, it's probably among the lines of "I no longer like this show," or "I don't want to be seen as a part of this fandom anymore."

Most likely because E6 is, by far, the best site for images to be found, either as an artist posting or as a user finding. And that's my legitimate reason, not a "favorites game" reason.

Sunibee didn't upload them, other users uploaded them. As such this entire point is moot.
