Aliasing retracted_claws → retractable_claws

I see fairly little point of using two very closely related and currently small tags, or if there is a point at least implicating retracted_claws to retractable_claws would be okay with me.
Also; why not the other way around? Simple, because a character can have clearly discernible and retractable claws, yet not be retracted.

Yeah, best to alias it like that instead of the reverse.
Who's to say that anthro felines even have claws? Claws shouldn't be tagged if they're not visible.

Usually retracted claws are represented with a small triangle or a line to indicate that there's a little slit for the claw to come out through.

There were some felines under retracted_claws that didn't have those.
...actually, I probably should've cleaned those out before the alias.
