Well, URI would work too:
URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator, and is used to specify addresses on the World Wide Web.
A URI (Uniform Resource Identifier; pronounced YEW-AHR-EYE) is the way you identify any of those points of content, whether it be a page of text, a video or sound clip, a still or animated image, or a program.

Actually let's create an URI tag on top of URL and have URL implicate it I'm pretty sure I'm not serious.
