I can never seem to remember the correct term for this particular tag when I need it. Maybe some aliases would be helpful.

Unless there is some other variant of the tag I am neglecting, there are probably a lot more images in need of this tag. Currently only 10 under bound_wings and plenty of tied-up wings without such a tag when searching for wings + bondage.

We've got tags for legs_tied, hands_tied, etc., so why not wings? (Maybe alias wing bondage tags to wings_tied for consistency.)

On that note, would it be a good idea to alias arms_tied to hands_tied, and feet_tied to legs_tied? Because I see a lot of instance of arms_tied that involve handcuffs, like post #708678, post #699630, and post #707460. Maybe also alias wrist_tied/tied_wrist to hands_tied for good measure.Also:

Maybe I'm just reading into this too much: But either wing-bondage tags are fairly obscure, or lack of arms in addition to wings makes it easier to make that mistake. A lot of winged ferals tend to use wings like arms, too. post #700507.

The binding/bound-related tags are just kind of a mess. I don't think anybody uses them because of it.

Your proposal looks solid and very thorough though, +1.

Bump, 20 days later. I hit a snag with wings_bound again today, so I figured I'd bring this up once more.

So these never happened, I guess. I'm digging it up because I'm trying to understand whether a character with just their wrists bound together makes it hands_tied or arms_tied. It's pretty common in both tags, usually without the other tag applied.

I don't know what else hands_tied would mean since I don't think people often tie just the palms or fingers together, but obviously a lot of people look at it and think arms_tied.

There is bound_wrists as pointed out in the OP thru that was probably never fallowed up because it simply was out of the tagging format and maybe too specific.

As to the OP, i do very much agree to their sentiments that bondage or restrainment particularly for wing forms and tails is not particularly clear and rather hard to find from the wikis dealing with bondage or restraint compared to other types. Worth noting that i as well do seem to keep misspelling tags for wing bondage so it certainly might help to have some of these alias finaly approved
