Title should say it all, if you could have things, rooms, certain carpets, tiles, or wood, etc., what would you have? This can include things on the outside, house can be better interpreted as property. I parentheses'd realistic because certain things would be unfeasible; they'd just be a dream to have in the first place. For instance, having a gem-embedded ground floor (all of it) would be near-impossible to do, but a room to collect and display gems is much more realistic.
For me, I'd like:
a fruit farm
I personally love fruits. Eating, drinking, cooking, just the crazy assortment that you can have of them. Having a farm so I can add them to a variety of things would be great. It'd also be good for children, and animals (we have a feral rat that eats the oranges on our tree) that I'd like to keep. A bit more detail "why" below...
a bar (the kind where you'd drink)
I like to mix various flavors together. As with having my fruit farm, having a place to mix and keeping what I've mixed in its own seperate area would be great. I do not, however, like most alcoholic drinks. I'm a sweet drink person, not a bitter drink person, so my alcoholic choices are fairly limited; the stuff I've drank the most is Mike's Hard *fruit drink* or Not Your Father's *soda*. It'd also have my soda streamer, so I can actually have carbonated beverages again.
an armor, jewelry, & weaponry display room
A bit of my father's blood in me, but I appreciate weapons and armor, and one of my mental activities is to study how they work and what actions/weapons are good against X. I'd also love having various bangles, necklaces, rings, and all of the in betweens! But having, say, a forge in or near the house would not be wise, especially if/when I have children. I can probably find a person to commission from, but just a room to appreciate the art of metalworking would be fantastic.
Since I expect long lists, I'll tell everyone right now that you can use, without the periods, [.section= *desired words*] and [./section] to section off long-winded paragraphs.
