So, a few times I've seen people happen across an image showing something novel, in one way or another, and react with a sentiment similar to "New fetish acquired!". Though generally an exaggeration, there's that same idea of "Why isn't there more of this?"

Both are somewhat novel situations that surprised me.

So yeah. I'm curious what images you've seen during your time on e621 (or elsewhere) that made you think "Oh, huh! I guess I have a new interest". It doesn't have to be something completely unique, mind you - just share the pictures you found that broadened your horizons with their novel situations or actions.

kemono rabbit got me into the style of chubby kemono. I am normally against the individuals, but images by a specific artist, namely this, made me like 'me together.

The first time I saw this image, I was a horny teenager and I was looking at it in an encyclopedia, sometime around 1986 or so. The stunned expression on the dragon's face just kinda "clicked," I suppose you could say, and to this day when I draw violent art, I tend to give the victim character a stunned or surprised look as in the pics below (warning: violent artwork ahead):
