What the hell's a "Bumper?" It's obviously not an anti-gutter mechanism for Bowling, or those bouncy triangles from Pinball, so I seriously have no idea what you mean by that.

in this case it's the bizarre short animation clips Adult Swim uses between commercials with a small "Adult Swim" logo hidden somewhere in the image.

these "bumpers" as they're called are one of the bigger reasons i'm always left suspicious of just how many drugs the people running Adult Swim use on a regular basis. the one stalkerd linked to is one of the odd ones that doesn't look as if it was very heavily influenced by drug usage.

tbh, aside from a select few series and toonami (if you enjoy english dubbed anime that is), adult swim usually airs disturbing garbage and borderline disturbing garbage.

if you ever see a title with the same actors as the Tim & Eric show, change the channel and spare yourself the mental pain of watching a truly terrible tv show. infomercials would be a much better alternative to that type of garbage.
