Reason:

How often do we see a singular vein? Almost never. Usually there is a branch in a wouldbe single vein or an entirely different vein present. So why does this tag use the singular form? It should be "veins".

Most penis veins have at least one branch or another vein present. If there was a way to accurately compare the two cases I'd say the multiple veins would win out by a landslide. Thus the tag should be the plural form.

penis vein actually does include a lot of one-vein dicks, but even so, +1 to pluralization.

While I do agree we should be using the plural, I think we should disambiguate vein just to be safe.
