You may have seen a thread awhile ago which showed how to get the best quality images out of tumblrs stupid image resizing thing. If you were like me, you would go for the version that has _1280 on the end, which, according to the best quality images psa, is the best quality image!

Nope, I got some of my posts wiped by ol Lance Armstrong, who apparently knows that you can just use _raw to get the best images now, I don't know when this feature was added, or if I'm dumb for not noticing it until now, but the guide to uploading good quality images did NOT have this tip. So heads up, people! Upload using this method or people looking for this stuff will take your image down and upload their similarly amazing image, which cuts your upload limit by a lot and makes me cry the next time I upload a big image set.

Let me know if I'm incorrect or thinking wrong here, there's probably a nuance I'm missing here.

You're late to the party. This showed up yesterday, and is still in discussion.

Ask an admin to have your post count bumped back up, if you need it. And, this whole thing is a nuance...

With an upload limit of 38, I doubt he needs it yet.

This mass uploading needs to happen sooner rather than later. For all we know access to raw images could stop working.

So many accounts will have their upload limits affected by this event that admins will almost certainly bump up upload limits at user request.
