I'm currently updating the "Upload Bigger Version" add-on for Firefox, and I was wondering if I should port it to other browsers.

probably stick to firefox and chrome seeing as they are the two most popular browsers. If the demand for more ports to other browsers grows then yeah, port them there.

Chrome has way more users than Firefox.
