Topic: "Does not meet minimum quality standards" my ass

Posted under General

This topic has been locked.

Five of my recent uploads have been deleted for not meeting minimum quality standards, yet I went through the standards stickied/linked and they definitely do, and there's PLENTY of content here that does not meet the standards and yet has been approved.

If they were deleted for being "low effort" I can assure you it took far longer to set up the poses in SFM than it does to draw them by hand.

Sincerely, a disgruntled uploader.

All submissions need to display a solid grasp of artistic principles
-Posing, set dressing, background scenery, and general location were all placed by hand
All submissions need to be presented in a legible / readable format
-Does not apply
the chosen medium (image, video, flash) needs to be of a high quality
-High image resolution with absurd resolution textures (4096x4096) and exceptional polycount (greater than 100,000 faces) aren't appreciated or of acceptable quality here? Lol okay, NotMeNotYou. Whatever you think.

Please undelete my things.

"Placed by hand"

I assume this means it was a SWF or Second Life thing.

They usually don't stay.

I don't play Second Life

It was a scene rendered with Source FilmMaker. I even said that it was made in SFM in each image as well.

This is the sort of thing that is best taken up directly with the person who took the images down. Forum posts are frowned upon.
