(Sorry if this is TMI. I just wanted to know if others do this) Anyone else prefer sleeping in the nude? And it doesn't have to be for sexual reasons either. Personally, I feel free and relaxed when I do it. I just started doing it one day, liked the feeling, then did it again, and again, etc.

Or if you don't like to do that, then I'm curious to know why. Just a little casual discussion.

I always sleep naked. It's far more comfortable. It's not for sexual reasons, but it also makes it a whole lot easier for sleeping sex as an added benefit.

I used to sleep in the nude myself.

Primary reason was it deterred the other people in my home at the time from waking me up by yanking off the covers.

I made a point to keep sleeping in the nude, though, after my dog tore my favorite jeans to shreds while I was asleep.

This is actually one of those topics that sometimes pops up when talking with groups.

I actually can't sleep well if I have clothing on me. Also still required to have tons of pillows and/or blanked in tightly.

I do. It's itchy keeping them on, and I lock and barricade the door anyway, so nobody is going to see me.

I almost always sleep in my underwear, but never full nude.

During the summers it would get so hot I started resorting to sleeping bare. It's been stuck with me ever since.

I've had the opposite problem, where winters get so cold that, even with heating turned on, I have to sleep in long underwear, full PJs, socks, and extra blankets to not freeze to death.

I really screwed myself because I'm so used to it that, even during winter, sleeping with clothes on feels weird.
PJ pants are the best though, I'll put those on from time to time

I sleep in just my boxer-briefs while in my own bed, which is most comfortable, but elsewhere I sleep in pajamas or street clothes. "It ain't my house, and I ain't about to make it my house."

Well I sleep in my underwear, but not fully nude.
I tried fully maybe 2 times, and while I slept good, I always have that paranoia of someone barging in (Because people in my house do NOT know how to knock. >.<;). So I just sleep in my underwear.

Tampons are incredibly uncomfortable and pads need underwear to be used, and if you're wearing underwear you're probably not nude. I generally sleep in a large t-shirt and underwear or just bra + underwear if it's really hot in my house or something.

Summer: Undies and one blanket, because it's too hot.
Winter: Fully clothed and three blankets, because it's too cold.

A spherical bed doesn't sound very ideal.

I personally have two snakes that share my room with me so sleeping with clothing tends to have me waking up a bit dehydrated and sweaty due to the higher temp of my room.

I do, but I don't usually wear clothes at home anyway so getting dressed for bed would be silly.

When I'm home, I'm usually 'dressed' in a lounging robe. So yeah, it wouldn't make much sense to dress up for the bed.

Unless I have a cold and feel grim I don't wear clothes in bed, underwear has a habit of twisting around me.

Being kinda busy/lazy pretty much forces me to crash in bed with my clothes on. At most I'll pull off my shirt if the temperature is moderate. during summer or winter though its 50/50 I'm completely nude or fully clothed.

Yeah, I sleep nude and have slept almost exclusively in the nude since I was about... 12, I think? My parents were very puritanical and prudish, and since I was a rebellious type of a kid for a great deal of my childhood I decided to rebel against their wishes and sleep with no clothes on. Later on, though, I came to prefer it because it's more comfortable than sleeping with clothes on.

And yeah, it also makes it easier to masturbate, because the necessary equipment is much easier to access. But rebellion was still the main reason I started doing it. The sexual aspects were just icing on the cake, as it were.

I sleep in everything I normally wear but socks most of the time because I just collapse onto the bed whenever my body's had enough of my shit

I often thought about sleeping nude, too.
Before I slept in boxershorts since I was 13.
I started to sleep nude at age 19.
It was an unusual feeling, that made it difficult. Many anoyingly erections =).
I think it was more a mind-thing (or minded-thing).
But after I got used to it, I kept on sleeping nude for several years.

At the Age of 30, I figured out, that sleeping in a Pyjama is way more comfortable. It makes the awaking more comfortable.
In Winter you are freezing less after getting out of the bed and when you hate to wake up every morning like me, you need every comfort.

The other thing is, when you have a pet dog, that figured out, sleeping under the covers is really comfortable, you voluntarily getting dressed.
