I think they mean "how do they stop seeing safe artwork". In that case simply type the tags you want, then add "rating:e" at the end without the quote marks. That way, you'll only see explicit (NSFW) art.

I read this and assumed they meant "how do I see [more] NSFW" in a descriptive manner. Like, less NSFW and more INCREDIBLY NOT SAFE FOR WORK.

If that is indeed the case, I am uncertain how one acquires the fabled Ultra-p0rn.
