Aliasing penis_worship → cock_worship

Reason:

Identical.
Oddly enough, most tags use the word "penis" rather than cock, so I was surprised when tagging something "penis_worship" didn't work.

EDIT: The tag alias penis_worship -> cock_worship (forum #235727) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

So shouldn't we alias cock worship to penis worship, make it consistent now while he have the chance?

Yeah, +1 for the reverse, since majority of the cock tags have already been aliased to penis.

Cock_worship is the one that has 300 submissions, that's the only reason I asked for them the "opposite" way.
But I am also on board for the reverse, cock_worship ==> penis_worship.
