Wishes? aw I wish I had known that earlier!

For real though, three wishes:
First and foremost, I specify a safeword that is, "Yes I am absolutely positive I want the genie to do this for me" that must be said after each wish.
Now for the wishes:
1. A genie that doesn't follow the rules but will still grant me wishes
2. Some popcorn
3. A chair

Now I kick back and relax, and enjoy the ride here with the new ruleless genie.
1. I ask the genie that doesn't follow the rules for a button that when ever I press it, it creates a new genie lamp in front of me, on the ground, with a new genie in the lamp, that does not follow the rules, but will still grant me wishes
2. A very basic terminal computer with a target mat and keyboard, which will create what ever is typed on the keyboard, onto the target mat
3. 100, 12.4 kg gold bars, not stolen or teleported or otherwise something that will get me into legal trouble, nicely stacked in front of me, on the ground, and not on my feet. (Gotta use up the last wish otherwise risk accidentally saying "I wish" then something then it actually happening)

1: The ability to copy/paste/delete whatever I see in the real world.
2: The ability to actualise my thoughts into physical or digital form.
3: For the Genie to suck my dick.
