Yeah, hyper_prolapse would be closer to the naming standard. So +1 for that.

The only major extreme_* tag we have is extreme_penetration, and that should probably be moved to hyper_penetration. The latter is more commonly used, anyway.

The definitions are nearly identical, so yeah, they could be merged. The one argument I could see against that though is instead separating the two so that hyper_penetration specifically refers to penetration done by a hyper_penis which seems to be a significant percentage of the hyper_penetration tag anyway which suggests that's how it's already being used. Extreme_penetration doesn't have nearly the same amount of hyper_penis penetrations. That's assuming though that penetrations by hyper penises are seen as something worth tagging as a distinct thing.
