Just got a new microphone... and I'm wondering if people can recommened me some/a good livestreaming service software. I have a mic so I could do art streams. So I don't know where and what to start with.

Picarto is free and works just fine with OBS, Never had any troubles using this website for my own streams. Paying 15$ a month is only good if you want all those features for your streams and get rid of advertisements banners under the video - No idea if ads actually show on video because of my trusty ad blocker, but my guess is there are none

Now I have audio and video. I just need to put the source in the video. Now I have infinite audio loops

There has to be tons of tutorials on setting up OBS to be found on YouTube that would help you. I can't help much without knowing exactly what's going on
