Google Image search and other engines alike have failed me to find the full version of this image. I found this one lewd looking avatar, and I haven't been able to find it. My only guess is that the character depicted is a creature from Pokemon or Digimon?
Either way, I'm completely clueless here and I'd like to find out who drew this so I can take a look at their other works <3
