It is a type of nipple piercing, an enough common one to justify having its own tag, in the same way as 'nose_ring' is implicated to 'nose_piercing' not aliased.

That sounds a precipitated decision, at minimum.
Now we will need to unalias it, create new aliases and implication, then write a wiki page and (the dullest) analyze and tag who knows how many posts. Well, could have been worse.
