What would there be to prove that it's cum? That could be anything. Perhaps an example would help us understand what you mean.

Cum and pussy juice are explicit, like it says in the ratings.
If it's not clear enough what it is, tag it as ambiguous_fluids instead. ~cum ~pussy_juice -rating:e should return zero hits.
Also note that ambiguous_fluids should only be used if it's actually ambiguous. For instance, if a character is in a begging pose and there's something that looks like cum on their face, it's not ambiguous. Even if someone might argue (usually as a joke) that it's just ice cream.
But if your first instinct is "I don't know what that is", ambiguous_fluids tends to be the best fit.
