I have a very strong belief that someone is purposefully vote bombing every post I make and apparently using multiple accounts to do it. Who do I talk to about reporting this to and looking into it?

Handled. Next time, you can report the comment and ask that the administrator look at the comment votes of that and other comments.

In that case, just send an administrator a dmail asking about it. It's been so long since I've been a normal member I don't always know what they can and can't do.
