Way back in 2015 I drew this piece and began to digitize it, but seeing as it's two years later and I still haven't finished it, I'm asking for help, and I would like someone who's talented to finish it for me.
I don't care who it is, as long I give you the OK to modify it.
It would be great if multiple artists could give a shot at interpreting what I've done so far.

The general gist of this character is that he's a white tiger, with metal arms like Bucky Barnes from Captain America, except the metal parts are scaled like a dragon.
His right eye is blue, the left one is green, and his hair is black, and he is supposed to have three scars close together going diagonally from top left to bottom right of his face.
I did an awful job on the feet, they aren't supposed to be talons, just regular digitigrade paws.
The sword he carries is Biggoron's Sword from the Legend of Zelda series.
He's also supposed to have three earrings in each ear.
The background was supposed to be some sort of dystopian megatropolis.
And if you do decide to do a full nude version, for anyone who would like to, he has a feline penis.
I drew another and much better version of this but my bag got stolen and I lost it.
