So this is probably the strangest thing I've ever asked but.... how do you pronounce this "e621"? Is it pronounced like, E. six. two. one.? Or is it, E six hundred and twenty one? Or is it meant to be pronounced together as one word like "essixtuon"?

also, as a side question: why is it called e621?

In my head, I've always pronounced it "ee-six-twenty-one", or "ee-six" for short. I'd also accept "the only furry booru that matters".

E621 is the e number for msg, which gives food its meaty flavor. Because of the explicit nature of this site, it has a strong meat (penis) flavor.
Alternatively, the website e926.net, which only includes safe posts, has the e number for a chemical that purifies water, or in this case, cleans the impurities from this site. (I'm quoting Ratte on this)
