Is it on e621, a synonym for "Low-angle shot"?
This photographic style that has consite is shooting low to high.
Example:

I think people have used the wrong tag close-up or first_person_view for this style of view.
If there is no term more appropriate than Low-angle_shot then this is the word I would use.
