Hello friends of e621, when I want to upload an image I get the following message:

Upload Limit
You can currently upload -1 posts. This limit is based on the following formula:

Approved: 12
Deleted: 51
Pending/Flagged: 0
Formula: 10 + (12 / 10) - (51 / 4) - 0 = -1
This means you are able to upload a maximum of -1 unapproved posts at a time. Once a moderator approves some of your posts, you can upload more.
You cannot upload anything within the first week of registration.
If your limit ends up negative due to large amounts of deleted posts, please contact [email protected] to have it corrected.

How do I correct it?

I'd assume contacting the email would fix it

you've got 10 posts that are currently pending. you'll need to wait until some of those are looked at by staff before you can upload more.

it's a spam prevention measure.

You have to wait for your current uploads to be accepted, then they will refresh, also this thread is very old, next time you should make a new one ^^

Because you have 10 unapproved posts. Just wait for them to be approved, and it'll free up your upload slots.

yes, when you first make an account you get 10 uploads. you have 10 pictures currently waiting to be approved, once those are approved by staff it will let you upload again. It sometimes takes awhile for images to be approved, up to a month, but be patient and you'll be able to upload again! ^^

yeah, new users start with a limit of just 10. that limit slowly goes up as you have more stuff approved, though.
