As the title says, I'm curious as to the operation. and this pertains to rule 3. of Avoid Posting.
3. Special Permissions
If for some reason you have been given permission to upload something that is DNP, please include proof in the image description otherwise it will be treated as DNP content and taken down. This may include the rights being transferred, the artist giving you the right to upload or other rare circumstances.
If I gain permission from an artist who is on the DNP list but they authorize me to post, such as "The artist giving you the right to upload" What evidence must be provided?
I'd assume a screenshot, as just text wouldn't be reliable. But I wouldn't want to just have a puu.sh/gyazo link in the description of the picture if I can avoid it. Would I just have to verify with an admin/approver?
Any help would be nice, this is a new situation to me and I want to take the proper precautions to avoid anything negative.
TL;DR - DNP artist gives permission, what type of proof needed and does it need to stay on the submission?
