Implicating human_to_feral → species_transformation

Reason:

Human transforming to a feral is always species transformation. Human_to_anthro can also be implicated for the same reason. Feral_to_human and anthro_to_human too, though those two are extremely rare.

Doesn't work with most other combos, though. For instance, anthro_to_feral can be an anthro wolf transforming to a feral one, and therefore not species_transformation. Those'll have to be tagged manually.

(I'm not sure if humanoid_to_anthro is always species transformation. Do we consider wolf_humanoid and wolf to be close enough to not count as species transformation?)
