I prefer a reverse alias but the system isnt allowing me to suggest the opposite. Regardless: Taijitu is the proper name for the yin-yang symbol, so I feel yin yang should either alias to it or vice versa.

+1 to keeping yin_yang, this is the most common translation by far and reversing it would serve no other purpose than being politically correct (or, there is no difference unless someone decides to make a difference).
You can’t suggest aliases from tags that have or are in process of an alias or implication. As far as I gathered, this is to prevent ghost tags.
