That seems like a solid implication. There's only forty images for arrow, though.
Although there are some images where it gets kind of questionable:

If we define arrow_pointing_to_crotch so that these images, particularly the last one, are included, directional_arrow should be excluded, since then arrow would be identified as much by its location as its shape, whereas directional_arrow is pretty much all about the shape.

Yeah, you can blame me for those, I wasn't quite sure how far I could take TWYS on that one. I definitely understand why the last two would count as inappropriate for aliasing (and possibly mistagged), but why do you think the first two are questionable?

I don't think those two are really questionable; I just included them in case we wanted to discuss how far directional_arrow should extend. My bad for being unclear.
