+1; "billiards" is a proper name for cue sports (pool is actually a specific classification) of cue sports with six-pocket tables; certain cue sports like carom billiards use pocketless tables) and an eSix wiki page was made for billiard_table first.
Also +1 for the alias of pool_cue to cue_stick; those sticks are used for a variety of cue sports (including pool games, snooker, and carom billiards), cue_stick is tagged almost twice as many times as pool_cue, and cue_stick also has an eSix wiki page.

Shouldn't it be an implication, since it's specifying a six-pocketed version?

Since I can't find any carom billiard tables (pocketless ones), I suppose the alias is fine. Vast majority of the tables currently tagged as billiard table are obvious pool tables, the rest are ambiguous because of the viewing angle.
