Doesn't want his art spammed. He isn't officially on the DNP list.

If you want to upload his art, I'd recommend asking permission first.

also namicorn's upload limit is -308 which I find funny only in the fact the upload limit can go negative.

This makes Eroborus A-okay in my book, though he could've intervened earlier, seeing as how the flood by now seems to have ended anyway.

Kinda feel bad for Namicorn that he suddenly has this massive negative upload limit, but at the same time it's fucking hilarious. Perhaps he was asking for something like this to happen. I suppose the staff are able to reset it, though? Would be fair.

Kudos, but how can you even be that persevering? I tried doing that in the beginning as well but as it just kept on trickling in with that bare minimum of tags, I simply said "fuck it" after a while. Most of that stuff just wasn't worth it and keeping up seemed nearly impossible. It's really supposed to be the uploader's job, anyway. He did a shitty one. Not a problem if it's a few uploads, but man...

Its a bit of a shame, because a lot of eroborus finished art was pretty good, we just didn't need/want pencil sketches and line-art of the already posted colored version. Someone should ask him if his colored stuff is ok,and just stay away from the tumblr sketch book.

But I feel that it's deserved, considering that the takedown probably wouldn't have happened without the flood. From what I heard, some users complained about it to the artist, which led to this..

True, though to me even the finished (or lineart but at least unique) NSFW art began to outstay its welcome before he even started raiding the supply of dubious sketches and DeviantArt-approved safe stuff.

There was nothing inherently wrong with it, mind, I even like some of it, but seeing wave after wave of 'fat Pikachu with a bowtie subbing for a nuclear Raichu with a beanie' got old pretty fast. And those were already floods, shoving half the frontpage away in ten minutes time.

But yes, I wouldn't have a problem with the better art staying on here now that it's been uploaded anyway. The issue of course being that there was so much on here, that it would've been quite undoable for Ero to cherrypick what gets to stay and what gets removed. So I understand why he just got rid of it all in one fell swoop.

Good idea, I'll be using that next time something similar happens. Though... if that number wasn't just meant as an example, wasn't nearly everything he posted tagged with just about 7 tags? I remember most of them went something like this:

Eroborus
Pikachu
Random partner species (if not solo)
Gay (idem)
Penis
Balls
Male

Perhaps with something like Anal or Oral added on, sometimes Wendel, but it usually didn't get much more extensive (or specific) than this. Discounting auto-tags like Pokemon or Nintendo of course.

Yes I agree, you can't post spam almost 1300 images without a reaction.

Ok it looks like they went overkill with the deletions. In that takedown request, eroborus specifically asked for all pictures uploaded by Namicorn to be deleted, but instead ALL eroborus pictures were deleted? I clicked through some of the posts at the bottom of that list, and many of them were uploaded by Eroborus himself.

The exact way I did it was
eroborus tagcount:<7
eroborus tagcount:<8 solo
eroborus tagcount:<8 -solo
and that's how far I got.
The only explicit tag Namicorn really added was penis or sex. He never really got any more specific than 8-9 tags.

I also find it amusing. Answers my curiosity though: I'd always wondered if you could actually hit 0, or if it would bottom out at 1 so you could potentially recover (slowly).
