I suppose impalement doesn't necessarily imply complete perforation of the body. In the sense on how people used this tag in particular seem to imply it always means complete perforation. Wouldn't any kind of semi-perforation of the body cavity qualify as an impalement?
In the tag description in all the way through there is one part that suggests using impalement instead. Should we also tweak the writing in the wiki article to imply that both the tags all the way through and impalement should be used in the exception given?
Also it should be cock_impalement to be consistent with how impale is tagged in general.
