Bumped and bumpy should probably be aliased to a single tag. Imho ridged should be aliased too, as ridged and bumpy are pretty much the same from what I've seen

From a quick look I can only assume this is due to mistaggings of ribbed_penis on posts where barbed_penis or spiked_penis would be more appropriate?
Edit: Hmm.. I looked at some more posts and I can actually see what you mean now
I think it's more a matter of what people draw not firmly fitting into the tags than the tags not being distinct.

That's a fair assumption, and probably a big reason! I feel we should better define barbed, spiked, and ribbed/bumped/bumpy penises in their wiki pages.
