Yeah, the Wiki entry needs examples.
Stroking has practically a page of the dictionary for it.
Even gasoline engines 'stroke'. So, how many of those posts have a form of stroking that's unique enough to make sense to tag? Because penile_masturbation as mentioned before often involves that kind of stroking.
