I tried to make a link with a Custom title, comment #3606641, but it didn’t really work XP. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Looks like whatever you used to make those quotation marks added in non-standard ” instead of standard ".
edit: To be clear, the difference is that the former is a unicode character, also represented as "\”" in html, whereas the latter is vanilla ascii 0x22, also represented as "\"" in html.

Wrong quotation marks, you need " instead of ”.

Did you type them from an iPhone? As Notme said, ” is the wrong mark, but iPhone did an update that fucked up the quotations...
“” is our new ones while
"" is the right ones.

iPad, but I guess it’s the same problem. Is there a way on iPad or do I need to connect with my computer?

Copy and paste my latter quotations. They still work, so as long as you use them the DText will still work.

Thank you. Now I won't need to copy & paste just to create quote links.

Btw, if you are on an Apple device as well, do you know of a way to post youtube links, since the youtube app doesn't have/show an URL?

There should be an arrow near or on the video, you may have to tap the video to see it. Clicking that will bring up a share menu, and you'll want to click "copy link".
A quick example of the 2 locations and the menu they should give you.
