So I just found a whole group of images I'd like to post but I found it kinda odd that none of them had been posted yet. the artist is defiantly not DNP but is there a list somewhere that I can find characters and character owners that are not allowed to be posted?

But this is just an unofficial list of character owners who frequently take their art down from the site.
I'd suggest sending a message and asking directly from the artist and character owners for permission before posting here.

There is no DNP for characters.

To clarify what Ratte said a bit more: While character owners are allowed to request art of their characters to be deleted we will not grant them a DNP status.
In effect this means if someone uploads art of a character that the owner doesn't want here it's not immediately our problem, the owner will have to request a takedown.
