One of my friends told me about a band called Tool, so I Googled "songs by Tool" and I found this link. Look at some of their songs, "Hooker With A Penis", "Prison Sex", "Faaip de Oiad", etc. What the fuck is with these guys?

Didn't listen to songs in the 90s? :) Green Day's album was called "Dookie" and had one of those Where's Waldo style art covers of monkies throwing poo everywhere. It was just the thing, for some reason.

Oh man, Tool is pretty great.

I highly recommend their Lateralus and 10,000 Days albums. I wasn't into earlier Tool too much myself though, but I know their earlier stuff is pretty popular too.

Bit of trivia: The syllables in the lyrics of Lateralus follow the Fibonacci sequence) up and down. (Fibonacci sequence is 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, etc).

It's pretty deliberate and pretty interesting that they were able to incorporate it into a song so well.

The only songs I listened to were from Pantera. Man, Pantera was THE shit back then. Cowboys From Hell was fucking awesome.
