I know this is a bit overdue, but I finally got around to it. Guoh has been removed, at their own request, from the DNP list for a few months now, but there's no way to restore the several hundred images that were on here beforehand, as reuploading doesn't work (I did try), just identifies it as a previously-deleted image. Is there a way to bring it back?

Guoh is the one that needs to request this.

Just as friendly reminder as there has been couple posts with this happening recently:
DO NOT alter files to get past dublicate detection. Doing this knowingly will have negative consequences as this is uploading abuse and in pretty much all cases cause the post to be handled as inferior version.

With content which has been deleted due to takedown request are immidiately deleted for the same reason, until there's permission to restore the content from whoever filed the takedown.

And from what I've seen, artists don't always realize that it's even possible. Since deleted generally means permanently deleted.

So it could be worth a try to ask. As long as it's done politely and without hassling them.

Guoh actually specified that he'd like his deleted art to stay deleted.
