Topic: Tag Implication: bimbofication -> bimbo

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

What if the bimbofication just started or is about to happen or thought or talked about: There isn't necessarily a real bimbo at the scene (yet).

Isn't bimbo a brand of bread?

The other meaning it's older than the brand.

I think the only way to describe bimbos if they are knock-kneed and walkin' like hos, because you can keep those bimbos, I'll keep my women like flo-jo.

They're basically Mexican Hostess.

Except for the part where their US portion of the company is the largest bakery company in the US.

They own a ton of brands, including Sara Lee, Brownberry, Entenmann's and Thomas'(english muffins).

Whereas Hostess recently went out of business and was bought by another company.
So if anything, Hostess is the American Bimbo, and that's not even right because Bimbo is already the american Bimbo.

neither of these should even be tags

I'm starting to think corruption of champions made these tags...

Except for the fact that it's Mexican Owned, and the only place I've seen the "Bimbo" brand with the bear mascot used is in Mexico and Mexican markets.
:/

It's on all their products, if you look.
Go buy some Entenmann's or some english muffins and look at the copyright info, it's in there.

As for ownership, Bimbo Bakeries USA is a separate company which is a subsidiary of the mexican company. Plus it's publicly traded so it's owned by whomever the stockholders are.

I'm not talking about Bimbo USA.

I'm talking about Grupo Bimbo.

So, can someone explain why they think bimbo doesn't deserve to be a tag? it has fairly strict requirements on usage by definition. Bimbofication should be under transformation and bimbo, mind you, so I agree that one should go at least.

Bimbo is scarcely more than just a female insult, like slut or whore. And we don't want people slapping that tag on female characters they don't like just to troll. And bimbofication only applies to a single brief series.

Bimbo as a type of person is also a fetish. Ditsy, blonde, typically with large breasts and low IQ. Just like other specific groups like Goth, Emo etc.

A bimbo is a female jock?

Well, I suppose so. At least that's the definition I've heard most often, and I first heard it about twenty years ago.

Bimbos are stereotypical dumb cheerleaders. Male equivalent would be a jock or frat boy.

Jock implies athletic ability, bimbo doesn't necessarily.
I would say the more accurate comparison would be "meathead".

This is what I was talking about when I said that it has fairly strict definitions. Yes, bimbos are generally seen as sexually promiscuous, much as slutty people are, but it isn't an inherant quality to them like the other specifications. Mmm... I guess the term most citizens of the USA would recognize with a similar meaning would be 'valley girl'?

And why they can't be tags

Well... bimbofication currently is a tag.

It probably shouldn't be, so, thanks I guess for drawing this to our attention.

Bimbo is not a valid tag at the moment, because it's subjective. It's one person's opinion that this character LOOKS like a bimbo.

And 'bimbo' is--outside of the fetish art community--used and in insult directed at someone's mental capacities. Bimbos are stupid. Bimbos are focused on visual appearances and are the star of the stereotypical blonde joke with the white out on the computer screen.

And we can't tell that, looking at a character. Princess Peach might be an airheaded twat with nothing on her mind but purses and dick, but we don't KNOW that. or she may be a quantum physicist who's single handedly solved hunger in the mushroom kingdom. We don't know.

We can tag APPEARANCES, but not "minds" -- just like we don't tag a picture of a cute girl as a "lesbian" unless she's in carpet town. :P

bimbofication SHOULD be aliased to Bimbo_transformation (IF ANYTHING), and only used on iamges where there is an active transformation into an over sexualized female.

however, most of those coudl also be tagged wit things like breast_expansion and other transformation related tags.

Should we have a tag for characters who are "bimbos" ... maybe, but it's really hard to define what that is in a way that won't get it mistagged.

After all, these don't really say "bimbo" to me, yet they're tagged bimbofication:

Which is why "bimbos" are best kept in something like a set. :)

The problem it kinda go in and out of the tags but should it be related to sisfication or mind break

Hmm you do made a point now you say it since bimbo is just noun but some can be tags but I agree that bimboficatuon can be a tag to define it as it's in the process of becoming a bimbo

As I said, bimbo is a state of mind, not an appearance. We do not tag stats of mind.
