Topic: This weird IRL picture doesn't belong here

Any submission before 2015 has been grandfathered in and does not need to reflect our current or future guidelines. In fact, there is a substantial amount of old art that would be deleted under the current guidelines, the existence of those old submissions do not validate or invalidate anything on this list.

Alright. It still shouldn't be explicit either way, it's someone eating food.

Other character in the picture is being eaten alive, that's gore/vore, so current system in place that should be explicit.
Just like x_anus is always explicit no matter how cartoony it is because it's still anus.

How the hell is this spam bait? You seem to disagree with me on anything you can.

It's an apple though. Explicit is for things you don't want people to see in public, yet people always eat in public. It's just an apple with a face on it, not anything inappropriate.

the thing is that on e6 there is no exceptions when it comes to ratings. sheaths are always explicit even if its something like this

character being eaten alive is always explicit even if its just a food creature being eaten alive.

This is pretty much definition of spam bait. You made forum thread with topic that makes user want to click it, but then turns out it's just something that everyone should already be aware of already. (not sure if you are aware of thumbnailing on messages, but putting up link gives one more step for user to still be engaged) You make it sound like some admin approved users nudes when in reality is grandfathered post of apple.

It does appear that everything needs to be explained with extreme detail for you for you to understand stuff. Like that accessing google, you have to select your browsers address bar, write down google.com and press enter - if macbooks have enter, I don't even know at this point.

Let's make this perfectly clear: we are arguing over grandfathered post here.

This post is from era where stuff was being approved on basis if it amused admin or not. Time when gif of real life dog was considered furry. Time when superior versions of posts were considered dublicates. You are shouting at the body on the battlefield, single body of thousands and thousands more bodies and telling everyone to come and see it.

That apple has face. When face is reacting to something or has some level of expression, it's considered to be part of their physical appearance instead of mask or similar (there would be several characters whose posts would be nuked if this wasn't the case). At that point, apple is considered to be character instead of object. So they are considered to be character and they are being eaten, so post is tagged accordingly.

This is the tagging and approval system we are using now and there's this and many more reasons why these kind of posts aren't accepted now anymore. If this post was posted yesterday, it would be deleted with the power of thousand delete buttons. But it was posted 7 years ago. There are many reasons why site has chosen to grandfather old posts, which sadly does mean that stuff like this will linger around. If you do have money to hire people to go trough 1.5 million posts manually from the span of over ten years from multiple seperate staffs, users and guidelines and possibly handle all the side effects like users accounts getting negative limits, feel free to inform current staff, but before that, just don't go opening clickbait topics.

And if you don't have idea what grandfathering means, please check randoms link above, wikipedia explains it as well as it could be explained.

That's not a food creature. It's an apple with a face drawn on it.

Because the face is reacting to stuff happening, it's considered to be character, in this case food creature. If that post was fully drawn artwork, you wouldn't even be considering them as regular apple.
