If it's your art submit a takedown request.
If not then in most cases you can't delete it. Only artist, and character owner can.

Your post does not meet our minimum quality standards in any way, so it would've gotten deleted either way sooner or later. Luckily your Alcatel idealXtra did not include your house location for world to see, because many times photo uploads like this have GPS location in EXIF data which can be easily used by malicious third party to gather more information about you.

There is flag for 48 hour reason as well, but this is up to staff judgement wheter it's complied or not. Only actual proper way to get rid of your uploads is that you are first party (artist, commissioner, character owner, etc.) and file a takedown.
