equine anus should be aliased to puffy anus. there is no way to tell if character's anus is intended to be equine anus or if the character's anus is just otherwise puffy.

puffy_anus was created before the animal genitalia tag trees were really set up, so I think it still might be worth exploring to be consistent with animal_penis and animal_pussy.
