Requested feature overview description.
How the system works now is that flaggers name is saved in flag history and users profile as flagged posts. The system relies that when flag is handled, that during deletion the handlers name is who deleted the post and in case of flag removal, flags handler is the one who approved the post.
Right now the page also states the posts current status, instead of what happened with the flag, so if post is flagged three times and only third time it was deleted, the two first flags still stay that the post is deleted.
Why would it be useful?
There's couple major flaws in this system. If post gets deleted, in few exceptions where post needs to be deleted again, there's no easy way to check who did first actual deletion when the post was flagged. As posts flags can be removed without changing original approver, there's still possibility that option is being hit accidently, there's no indication was the flag handler the same as current approver if post is relatively fresh and in some cases flag handler would be nice to know in cases of older posts.
So TL;DR is that if there's something wrongly handled, all that can be done now is to throw hands in the air as nobody knows who did what.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
Post flag history, linked in post pages and user pages.
