Implicating open_pants → pants

Reason:

open_pants tagged posts should always have pants present. The same thing should probably be done for the other open clothing tags:

Other tags that begin with open:

• open_coat
• open_hoodie
• open_jacket
• open_pants
• open_robe
• open_shirt
• open_shorts
• open_vest

Related implications:

• pants → bottomwear
• shorts → bottomwear
• skirt → bottomwear
• open_pants → open_bottomwear
• open_shorts (which is aliased to open_pants oddly enough, so we should undo that first) → open_bottomwear
• open_skirt → open_bottomwear
• All bottomwear colors such as black_bottomwear → bottomwear
• bottomwear → clothing

Old Suggestions:

• pants → legwear
• shorts → legwear

Yeah, a bunch of these haven't been hooked up to their sensible implications yet. The open_[clothing] tags generally fit partially_clothed too, but perhaps not always open_coat, open_jacket, and open_vest. Open_robe is arguably always partially_clothed (post #1307372?), at least given what I see from open_robe -partially_clothed.

I believe these are all the major clothing tag schemes, most missing sensible implications:

exposed_breasts and one_breast_out should also implicate partially_clothed.

Everything here that shouldn't implicate partially_clothed should instead implicate clothed.

A long while back, I remember some such implications were removed because people were improperly tagging things like open_shirt to images that had no actual shirt (ie. should have been tagged only as open_jacket, or open_vest).

pants and shorts should not have implications to legwear as they are bottomwear, where legwear is utilized for things like socks, leg_warmers and thigh_highs, et al.

My mistake, it looks like the leg section in tag_group:clothes where I drew that from is wrong. I have changed the related implications to reflect the new information and also made an entry for bottomwear. I'm still down with the first suggestion, however.
