I kinda feel like lipstick_mark should get dealiased, looking at some of the stuff that remains on lipstick_marks there are a few posts that I have lipstick marks that I wouldn't describe as a "kiss mark", specifically lipstick marks that are marking the depth of a blow job.

How about implicating the other way around and make lipstick_mark the umbrella tag?

+1 to this. That way, kiss marks imply lipstick markings and other lipstick coloring (like color smudges) retain the lipstick mark implication without necessarily implying kiss marks

The wiki only mentions lipsticks but I've seen kiss_mark tagged for other things. Such as a kiss mark from blood-smeared lips, which doesn't quite fit under lipstick_mark..
