I'm having a funny problem with this site.

My problem is the following: No matter what I do, I can't access e621.net without proxies, the site even shows the site title, but don't finish loading. I tried 3-5 browsers: Opera 12.10 (pre chrome), Chrome, Chrome Canary, Internet Explorer and Firefox.

At first I thought it was supposed to be e621 down, but e926.net works fine... so I tried proxies and e621 loaded fine.

Then I tried to use e621's ip, but cloud flare doesn't allow direct connections to ip. error 1103 or something.

I also ping/tracert both, e621.net and e621's IP, and everything seems fine.

Now the question: is e621 blocking GVT (brazilian ISP) connections or is it just an ISP problem? (I don't remember GVT having porn filters, and porn isn't even illegal in Brazil.)

Change DNS to Google Public DNS - 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
Or just put "ip domain" to your hosts file, it will work with cloudflare

I have same problem in russia, it helps bypass my stupid ISP

I was using Google DNS and OpenDNS, both wasn't working. But it seems to be fixed now, after 3 days.
Anyway, it seems to be a CloudFlare problem, there were few more people complaining about CloudFlare last 3 days. (also a post on their blog too.)
