Aliasing al_bhed_eyes → spiral_eyes

Reason:

Unnecessary overly-speciific tag/wiki with no posts created by a known spam/troll account (banned) and we have spiral_eyes already covering such posts. Alternately, could alias it to invalid_tag, either works.

Alias not needed. No one is going to tag that. Clean it up manually.

Geeze, spiraly eyes have been around since at least the Jungle book, and probably longer. a recent video game is not the place to get a tag name from...

Has it even been used lately? Probably not.
The wiki entry should clearly be deleted, not sure if I should just report it for deletion now or wait until this alias gets processed..

Only admins can delete threads but they rarely do it anyway.
