I know it's the standard what with ear, tail and chest fluff, I just simply woldn't classify most of the neck_tuft stuff as a tuft.

Also in this category for discussion: mane which is apparently for lion and horse manes.
But I ask you, what's the difference between a lion/horse mane and some neck tuft/fluff?
(Personally, 20char's neck fluffs all look like MANES to me.

What about cervical_tuft? It's outrageously unlikely that somebody would place a tuft of fur on on internal organ, so it shouldn't be confusing that it refers to the neck instead.
